1. The General Meeting
The members of the BSFP are meeting once in a year, usually in autumn. Further meetings may be scheduled, if the association sees a need to do so.
2. The Management
The Management of the BSFP consists of the chairman, a representative, a treasurer and a secretary. The management board is responsible for making sure that all the decisions made by the members of the BSFP in the general meeting are carried out according to the constitution and in accordance with the well-being of all its members. In addition to this, the management can choose to appoint an advisor.
3. The Associate Conference of the BFP
The associate conference of the BFP has the right to grant and revoke the right of the BSFP to remain within the BFP association as a union of social institutions. Statements, outlining the fields of work and the economical situation of the BSFP, are to be reported to the associate conference in regular intervals.
